To encourage a culture of human rights.
To focus the human rights system on standards and obligation.
To promote the respect, recognition and protection of the individual and collective rights.
To build capacity building through training and workshop.
To impart education about human rights to the youth for peace, tolerance and cooperation.
To empower youth to enable them to realize their rights through education, social and human rights awareness by collective action.
To carry out campaign and urgent appeals through community mobilization and social empowerment.
To make positive and creative relationship with public and law enforcement agencies through Human Rights awareness to ensure accountability. and
To provide referral to the local cases of violence against individual right and gender rights for further legal proceedings.
